Affiliate Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Recruitment of creators

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator outreach, or influencer program management (experience with TikTok Shop is highly preferred)

• Practical experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, EUKA, Kalo Data, or other similar creator-discovery platforms

• Demonstrated success in managing influencer/creator partnerships, including sample seeding, capturing contacts, and building ongoing relationships

• Experience in e-commerce (Amazon, Shopify, or similar platforms)

• Proven ability to scale an affiliate or creator program from inception

• Proficiency in TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center

• Experience with CRM management (Google Sheets, Streak, or similar tools)

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Beehiiv preferred)

• Strong written communication skills for creator messaging and content briefs

• Ability in data analysis and reporting (Excel / Google Sheets)

• Skills in negotiation (commission structures, retainer agreements)
