Affiliate Program Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of TikTok creator affiliates, overseeing everything from recruitment to ongoing performance evaluation.

• Propel SKU activation by attracting, briefing, and mentoring creators to transform inactive product listings into engaging, converting content.

• Take full ownership of creator relationships, sample distribution, GMV, SKU coverage, and content production. This initiative is in its infancy, and we're seeking someone to help establish the foundational strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, administrative coordination, or program support roles.

• Strong proficiency in English — both written communication with a US-based team and external creators.

• Familiarity with CRM or database tools, including data entry, record management, and quality assurance.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to handle high-volume tasks effectively.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines. Must have reliable internet access and availability that aligns with US business hours (partial overlap is required).

• Experience in supporting creator, influencer, or affiliate marketing initiatives.

• Knowledge of TikTok Shop, including platform navigation, affiliate onboarding, and content tagging.

• Background in ecommerce operations, encompassing marketplace fulfillment, inventory management, and order processing.

• Familiarity with tools such as Circle, Grin, Impact, or other similar creator CRM platforms.

• Previous experience working in a distributed team or in an offshore operations role that supports a US-based business.
