Affiliate Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Identifying and onboarding new partners for iGaming traffic through niche communities, public pages, forums, chats, industry events, and various channels (SEO, Email, PPC, ASO, Facebook, etc.).

• Engaging with Tier-1 markets.

• Cultivating and managing relationships with current partners.

• Offering partners support on setup, statistics, and traffic analytics.

• Carrying out monthly commission assessments, supervising incoming traffic, and preventing fraud using in-house tools and collaboration with the analytics team.

• Compiling and maintaining regular traffic reports.

• Meeting set KPIs through the utilization of company tools.

• Attending international exhibitions and showcasing the company’s products at these events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of verified experience in Affiliate Marketing within Tier-1 markets (specifically in the iGaming sector).

• Practical experience collaborating with brands on the operator/advertiser side.

• In-depth understanding of commission structures: RevShare, Hybrid, CPA, EPC, Flat Fee, and Listing Deals.

• Expertise in utilizing analytics tools to monitor traffic performance and track campaign conversions.

• Proficient in Google Sheets.

• Upper Intermediate English proficiency (B2-C1).
