
Affiliate Marketing Manager – TikTok Shop

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of and expand the TikTok Shop affiliate program from start to finish.
• Recruit, onboard, and activate creators ranging from nano to macro tiers.
• Create commission structures, incentives, and seeding strategies.
• Oversee tracking, attribution, and payouts.
• Continuously enhance program performance and revenue generation.
• Develop and manage scalable, AI-driven outreach systems.
• Identify and engage high-potential TikTok creators for affiliate collaborations.
• Handle all aspects of creator communication, including outreach, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Craft outreach messaging that strikes a balance between personalization and efficiency.
• Collaborate with performance marketing to amplify successful content through Spark Ads and whitelisting.
• Pinpoint high-converting creators and content for paid promotion.
• Ensure compliance with usage rights and platform regulations.
• Contribute to a performance-oriented creative strategy.
• Manage third-party platforms (e.g., JoinBrands, Insense) as required.
• Initiate and supervise campaigns with external partners.
• Assess new platforms and tools to enhance scalability.
• Be accountable for key KPIs, including affiliate revenue, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and activations.
• Analyze performance data to refine creator selection, content, and incentives.
• Generate reports and share insights with leadership.
• 3–5+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing (not merely general social media).
• Strong, hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and TikTok affiliate initiatives.
• Proven success in driving revenue and ROI through creator/affiliate partnerships.
• Experience with Spark Ads, whitelisting, and paid content amplification.
• In-depth understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Data-driven mentality with a strong sense of ownership over KPIs and performance metrics.
• Proactive, high-agency individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Superfiliate or similar affiliate platforms (preferred).
• Background in health, wellness, fitness, or CPG brands (preferred).
• Experience working with agencies or managed-service platforms (preferred).
• Existing network of TikTok creators (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI tools for outreach and automation (preferred).
• Graduates from top-tier universities (Big 4 preferred).
