Affiliate Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the strategy and execution of the affiliate/partner program across self-serve, developer, and creator segments.

• Recruit, onboard, and activate affiliates, publishers, and creator partners effectively.

• Design and enhance commission, payout, and incentive frameworks.

• Establish tracking, attribution, as well as fraud and quality controls.

• Collaborate with creative and lifecycle teams to produce affiliate assets, landing pages, and promotional content.

• Manage relationships with partners, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing support.

• Test partner cohorts and offers, analyze results, iterate swiftly, and document insights.

• Work closely with finance and legal teams regarding payouts, agreements, and compliance issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in building or scaling an affiliate/partner program that generated measurable revenue.

• Practical experience with affiliate/partner platforms like Impact, PartnerStack, Rewardful, Tune, Everflow, or similar tools.

• Proficiency in tracking and attribution methodologies.

• Knowledge of attribution, incrementality, and the economics of LTV versus payout.

• Experience in recruiting, negotiating with, and managing affiliates, publishers, or creator partners.

• Capability to design commission structures and manage fraud and low-quality traffic.

• Strong writing skills for high-intent copy and briefing creative teams.

• Ability to build programs from the ground up in dynamic, high-ownership environments.

• Familiarity with creator/influencer partnerships is advantageous.

• Experience marketing to technical audiences is a plus.

• Knowledge of self-serve and sales-led motions is beneficial.

• Experience establishing reporting systems or working with data/BI teams is a plus.
