Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily interactions with affiliate and CPA network partners.

• Monitor campaign performance indicators such as clicks, conversions, EPC, and ROI.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new affiliates, providing them with necessary creative assets and links.

• Identify high-performing offers while highlighting underperformers for further evaluation.

• Collaborate with content and social media teams to synchronize affiliate promotions with ongoing campaigns.

• Keep accurate records of affiliate agreements, payouts, and performance metrics.

• Explore new affiliate prospects and emerging CPA networks.

• A degree is not a prerequisite.

• Knowledge of affiliate marketing principles is advantageous, though we are willing to train the right candidate.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to manage several partner relationships simultaneously.

• Proficient in using spreadsheets and basic analytics dashboards.

• Strong written communication skills, as you will frequently engage with external partners.

• Self-motivated individual who can prioritize tasks independently without continuous oversight.

• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace for remote work.
