Affiliate Market Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Recruit new affiliates through various methods including research and referrals.

• Maintain effective communication with affiliates, suggest new campaign partners, and provide performance insights to the advertising team.

• Provide creative packages, links, and reports to affiliates as required.

• Monitor affiliate activities, assess performance, identify improvement areas, and propose strategies to boost affiliate-generated revenues.

• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines in the affiliate channel through consistent communication and oversight.

• Actively track traffic sources across all campaigns.

• Keep open lines of communication with affiliates regarding day-to-day concerns.

• Develop strategic plans to enhance the affiliate program.

• Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends and identify new opportunities.

• Communicate with both new and existing affiliates about upcoming promotions and optimization possibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of various affiliate network platforms.

• 1-3+ years of relevant experience in the Performance Marketing field.

• Familiarity with various deal structures, including CPA, CPL, CPI, CPM, CPC, and others.

• Enjoys engaging with others and building strong relationships.

• Strong skills in decision-making, recruitment, negotiation, and problem-solving.

• Ability to function effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• A strong drive to succeed and grow, along with a willingness to learn.

• Excellent time management abilities.

• Proficient in PC use and knowledgeable in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
