Affiliate Manager, LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Engaging and securing affiliate partners through proactive outreach efforts.

• Identifying new partners through industry forums, social media platforms, and conferences.

• Monitoring and assessing performance metrics for each partner, including conversion rates, traffic quality, and KPI achievement.

• Attending international conferences and industry events to expand networking opportunities.

• Performing competitor analysis to uncover new partnership possibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the iGaming sector.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for fostering long-term relationships with partners.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

• Having an active database of local affiliates is advantageous.

• A strong analytical mindset to assess traffic quality and enhance campaigns.

• Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g., Affilka, Affise, or similar) is beneficial.
