This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Seek out, engage, and onboard new affiliates for Revenue Share and CPA models specifically within the LATAM market.
• Conduct daily outreach and prospecting efforts to connect with affiliates.
• Manage incoming leads on a daily basis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current affiliates through support and management.
• Oversee payout processes in coordination with assigned affiliates.
• Monitor affiliate activities to detect and prevent fraudulent actions.
• Address affiliate inquiries promptly and provide necessary assistance.
• Initiate and lead new projects focused on enhancing the affiliate program.
• Take part in internal and international affiliate events (both remote and in-person), including conferences, meet-ups, and business travel.
• Collect feedback from affiliates and communicate insights to the Team Lead.
• Generate and analyze reports, showcasing strong analytical abilities.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or client communications; experience in affiliate marketing is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Excellent communication and sales skills are required.
• Experience in Forex or other financial sectors is a notable advantage.
• Capability to identify, approach, and cultivate strong relationships with local affiliates, affiliate networks, and agencies.
• An established network or pool of reliable affiliates or partners in LATAM is a considerable asset.
