Affiliate Manager – FX Vertical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of affiliate marketing strategies aimed at traders in MENA, LATAM, and Asia.

• Recruit, onboard, and oversee affiliate networks, media buyers, and independent partners.

• Oversee affiliate operations using Cellxpert, which includes setting up tracking, managing flows, and defining commission structures.

• Assess traffic quality, evaluate affiliate sources, pinpoint low-quality traffic, and ensure compliance with GEO alignment standards.

• Monitor affiliate performance and support partners in meeting their monthly and quarterly objectives.

• Generate regular performance reports that provide insights and analytics.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to experiment with new acquisition channels, funnels, creatives, and traffic sources to uncover scalable growth opportunities.

• Aid in campaign optimization and performance analysis to enhance ROI and acquisition efficiency.

• Continuously investigate new user acquisition channels and growth opportunities, including experimenting with new traffic sources and scaling successful initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of experience managing Forex affiliate programs.

• A pre-existing network of affiliate contacts, IBs, or media partners within the FX industry is highly advantageous.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in performance marketing and user acquisition.

• Strong comprehension of affiliate commission models.

• Experience with Cellxpert or comparable affiliate tracking platforms.

• Robust analytical and reporting abilities with a data-driven approach.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

• Capability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Knowledge of Arabic or Russian is a plus.
