Affiliate Manager – Forex Industry, Spanish-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new affiliates and Introducing Brokers (IBs), while fostering strong relationships with existing partners.

• Manage and enhance the performance of affiliate programs and associated initiatives.

• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

• Source affiliate and traffic networks, negotiate partnerships, and integrate them into the existing program.

• Conduct contract negotiations for new affiliates and handle renewals with current partners.

• Create ROI-driven proposals to attract and secure new affiliate partnerships.

• Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activities, spamming, or breaches such as sharing confidential information.

• Review sales reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements or terminations.

• Analyze demographic data to identify new market opportunities.

• Collaborate with creative teams to develop GEO-specific promotional materials for affiliates.

• Prepare marketing briefs for campaign assets, innovative ideas, and affiliate bonus offers.

• Represent the company at international events including exhibitions, meetups, and seminars.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Spanish (C1 level, both spoken and written) and English (at least B2 level).

• 1-2+ years of experience in an Affiliate Manager position.

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying, or a related field (preferred).

• Practical experience in affiliate marketing specifically for FX brokers.

• Strong understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels.

• Exceptional planning, project management, and multitasking skills.

• Knowledge of affiliate networks is advantageous.

• Self-motivated individual who excels under tight deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; possesses a positive and inquisitive mindset.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
