Affiliate Manager – Forex Industry, Spanish-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new affiliates and Introducing Brokers (IBs) while fostering strong relationships with existing partners.

• Supervise and enhance affiliate programs along with associated activities.

• Address client inquiries and promptly resolve any arising issues.

• Source affiliate and traffic networks, negotiate partnerships, and incorporate them into the program.

• Manage contract negotiations for new affiliates and renewals with current partners.

• Create ROI-focused proposals to attract and secure new affiliate partnerships.

• Monitor affiliate sites for fraudulent activities, spamming, or breaches such as unauthorized sharing of confidential information.

• Analyze sales reports to evaluate campaign performance and recommend necessary improvements or terminations.

• Assess demographics and data to identify new market opportunities.

• Collaborate with creative teams to develop GEO-specific promotional materials for affiliates.

• Prepare marketing briefs for campaign assets, innovative ideas, and affiliate bonus offers.

• Represent the company at international events, including exhibitions, meetups, and seminars.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Spanish (C1 level, both spoken and written) and English (minimum B2).

• 1-2+ years of experience in an Affiliate Manager position.

• A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying, or a related field is preferred.

• Practical experience in affiliate marketing for FX brokers.

• Extensive knowledge of affiliate and partner marketing channels.

• Exceptional planning, project management, and multitasking skills.

• Familiarity with affiliate networks.

• Self-motivated individual who excels under tight deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; maintains a positive and curious outlook.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
