This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Develop the affiliate program from its current state into a significant revenue stream: recruit, onboard, and expand a network of affiliates (including creators, finance/trading content sites, prop-firm comparison platforms, PPC affiliates, X/Discord/Telegram operators, and sub-affiliate networks).
• Negotiate commercial agreements: rev-share versus CPA versus hybrid models, cookie duration, payment schedules, and reporting frequency. Establish standard practices while making exceptions when financially advantageous.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams on landing pages, creative assets, tracking links, promotional codes, and launch timelines.
• Identify fraud early: cookie stuffing, self-referrals, multi-accounting, and blow-up farming. Remove fraudulent affiliates from the program swiftly.
• Maintain compliance: as prop trading operates in a regulated grey area in various markets, ensure that affiliate messaging and geo-targeting are appropriate.
• Reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while increasing attributable revenue on a month-over-month basis.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing affiliate marketing as the program owner (not merely executing, but building it).
• Proven success in web2, with experience in SaaS, fintech, online gambling/sports betting, forex/CFD brokers, crypto exchanges, or any sector with a substantial affiliate program.
• Strong numerical skills. Comfortable analyzing LTV, CAC, payback period, blended ROI, and attribution windows. Able to interpret SQL-style reports to provide actionable insights.
• Experience negotiating rev-share and CPA agreements. Familiar with industry standards and able to navigate negotiations effectively.
• Proficient with at least one tracking platform (such as Tune, Affise, Everflow, Cellxpert, Post Affiliate Pro, or custom solutions).
• Excellent written English skills. Responsible for drafting communications with partners, contracts, and responses to disputes on a daily basis.
