This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• In the role of TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager, you will be tasked with identifying, recruiting, and overseeing TikTok creators and affiliates via TikTok's Affiliate Center.
• Your contribution will be essential in developing affiliate strategies, activating talent, and transforming creators into effective sales advocates for our clients' TikTok Shops.
• Affiliate Recruitment & Activation
• Utilize TikTok Shop’s Affiliate Center to find and recruit appropriate creators for our brand partners.
• Conduct outreach, negotiate terms, and onboard creators to join affiliate campaigns.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with creators, implementing comprehensive rewarding programs.
• Campaign Management
• Organize and oversee affiliate campaigns, including product gifting, commission frameworks, and content guidelines.
• Track daily activities and performance indicators (CTR, sales, AOV, GMV, and Affiliate %).
• Enhance campaigns to optimize conversions and creator productivity.
• Collaboration & Coordination
• Collaborate closely with the Department Lead, content & paid teams, and clients to ensure synergy between product selection and creator strategy.
• Communicate with creators to offer support, creative guidance, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Reporting & Optimisation
• Monitor and report on affiliate campaign outcomes using TikTok Shop dashboards and internal resources.
• Provide performance insights to internal stakeholders and adapt strategies as needed.
• Persistently test and refine approaches to enhance results over time.
• Demonstrated experience with TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
• Comprehensive understanding of TikTok as a platform: trends, content, creators, and commerce tools.
• Experience in managing teams and/or affiliate/influencer programs.
• Highly organized, data-driven, and adept at handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities.
• Experience in a startup or agency environment is a significant advantage.
• Nice to Have:
• Prior experience managing DTC eCommerce stores.
• Background in digital marketing, influencer strategy, or paid social.
• Familiarity with TikTok Creator Marketplace and Shop Affiliate functionalities.
• Working knowledge of platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce systems.
