Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Identify and Recruit: Utilize TikTok Shop’s Affiliate Center to seek out and recruit exceptional creators who align with our clients’ brands.

• Foster Relationships: Engage with creators, negotiate terms, and onboard them, nurturing long-term partnerships through rewarding and motivating initiatives.

• Drive Campaigns: Develop and oversee affiliate campaigns that include product gifting, commission structures, and content guidelines to optimize sales impact.

• Enhance Performance: Track essential metrics such as CTR, sales, and average order value daily to consistently improve and elevate campaign outcomes.

• Collaborate with Teams: Partner closely with content creators, paid media teams, and clients to ensure that strategies are coherent and effective.

• Analyze and Innovate: Deliver comprehensive reports on affiliate performance and spearhead ongoing testing to maintain our competitive edge in the TikTok commerce landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing affiliate or influencer programs on TikTok Shop or comparable social commerce platforms.

• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, creator ecosystems, and commerce functionalities.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities with a data-centric approach.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

• Experience in startup or agency settings is advantageous.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Practical experience with TikTok Creator Marketplace and Affiliate Center.

• Background in digital marketing or paid social strategies.

• Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms.
