Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Enhance the affiliate program by nurturing existing relationships and exploring new collaborative opportunities;

• Establish robust, long-lasting partnerships and ensure regular communication with affiliates;

• Evaluate and refine current agreements to maximize revenue and enhance traffic quality;

• Negotiate and fine-tune each partnership to fulfill business objectives and goals;

• Monitor and assess traffic performance daily, enhance traffic quality, and scale volumes;

• Participate in conferences to network with both current and prospective partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient level of English

• Minimum of 2 years experience in affiliate marketing

• Capability to analyze data, evaluate campaign effectiveness (preferably from a product perspective)

• Proficiency in Excel, with experience in using a scoreboard being a plus

• Familiarity with primary sources of traffic purchasing funnels and models

• Research skills

• Experience in the gambling sector is advantageous, though not mandatory

• Conference experience is essential, along with a willingness to travel for events.
