Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Designing and overseeing effective affiliate programs.

• Establishing robust partnerships to enhance business growth.

• Utilizing performance analytics to align with strategic goals.

• Identifying, onboarding, and managing local affiliates and key strategic partners.

• Enhancing and refining the new affiliate platform, Affstore.

• Collaborating closely with the core team operating in the EET/EEST time zone.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing or business development focused on the Philippines market.

• Proficient in English; fluency in Filipino (Tagalog) is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Experience in sectors such as Forex, CFD, FinTech, Crypto, iGaming, or other financial services is a considerable advantage.

• Capability to identify, engage, and cultivate strong relationships with local affiliates, affiliate networks, and agencies.

• An existing network or pool of reliable affiliates, influencers, KOLs, or partners in the Philippines is a notable asset.

• Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented, with the capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment.
