Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Oversee, guide, and inspire the affiliate network while establishing clear performance goals and cultivating a positive workplace atmosphere.

• Provide training for team members, educate affiliates, track affiliate performance and outcomes, and offer coaching and feedback to maximize productivity and service standards.

• Create and execute training programs aimed at enhancing affiliates' understanding of our products, policies, and procedures.

• Identify and recruit new affiliates to broaden the network of promoters.

• Offer assistance to VIP partners as required.

• Evaluate partners' performance and results, while fostering strong relationships with all partners.

• Assist partners through vertical integration, including managing their social media channels in collaboration with them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a comparable role, ideally within the iGaming sector or a related field.

• Proven expertise in affiliate management or affiliate marketing.

• Comprehensive understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both in writing and speaking.

• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and marketing tools.

• Knowledge of iGaming products, regulations, and industry trends.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to navigate challenging situations.

• Fluency in Bengali and English.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
