Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Guide, mentor, and inspire the affiliate network by establishing clear performance expectations and promoting a positive work atmosphere.

• Educate team members, inform affiliates, track affiliate performance and outcomes, and deliver coaching and feedback to maximize productivity and service excellence.

• Create and execute training initiatives to improve affiliates' understanding of our products, policies, and procedures.

• Identify and cultivate new affiliates, broadening the network of promoters.

• Offer assistance to VIP partners whenever necessary.

• Assess partners' performance and results, while fostering strong relationships with all partners.

• Assist partners through vertical integration, including managing their social media channels in collaboration with them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a comparable position, ideally within the iGaming industry or a related sector.

• Proven background in affiliate management or affiliate marketing.

• Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.

• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and marketing tools.

• Understanding of iGaming products, regulations, and industry trends.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and excel in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to navigate challenging situations.

• Proficiency in Romanian and English.

• Additional languages are a significant advantage.
