Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the affiliate network by establishing clear performance expectations and cultivating a positive work atmosphere.

• Train team members, educate affiliates, assess affiliate performance and results, and offer coaching and feedback to ensure maximum productivity and service excellence.

• Create and execute training programs to improve affiliates' understanding of our products, policies, and procedures.

• Identify and recruit new affiliates to broaden the network of promoters.

• Provide assistance to VIP partners as required.

• Track partner performance and results while fostering strong relationships with all partners.

• Support partners through vertical integration, including managing their social media channels in collaboration with them.

• Ensure partner satisfaction.

• Oversee network performance.

• Establish clear performance objectives and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a similar position, ideally within the iGaming sector or a related field.

• Proven background in affiliate management or affiliate marketing.

• Comprehensive understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

• Strong leadership abilities with a talent for inspiring and motivating a team.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and marketing tools.

• Knowledge of iGaming products, regulations, and industry trends.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage challenging situations.

• Proficiency in Bengali and English.

• Additional languages are a significant advantage.
