Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the affiliate network by establishing clear performance expectations and nurturing a positive work culture.

• Train team members, educate affiliates, oversee affiliate performance and results, and provide coaching and feedback to maximize productivity and service excellence.

• Design and execute training programs to enhance affiliates' understanding of our products, policies, and procedures.

• Identify and recruit new affiliates, thereby expanding the network of promoters.

• Offer support to VIP partners whenever necessary.

• Evaluate partners' performance and results while cultivating strong relationships with all partners.

• Assist partners through vertical integration, which includes managing their social media channels in collaboration with them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a similar position, ideally within the iGaming sector or a related industry.

• Proven expertise in affiliate management or affiliate marketing.

• Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.

• Strong leadership abilities with a talent for inspiring and motivating a team.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and marketing tools.

• Understanding of iGaming products, regulations, and industry trends.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage challenging situations.

• Proficiency in Bengali and English; additional languages are a significant advantage.
