Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee, guide, and energize the affiliate network by establishing clear performance expectations and nurturing a positive work atmosphere.

• Educate team members and affiliates, track affiliate performance and outcomes, and offer coaching and feedback to ensure maximum productivity and service excellence.

• Create and execute training programs to improve affiliates' understanding of our products, policies, and procedures.

• Identify and recruit new affiliates, broadening the network of promoters.

• Provide assistance to VIP partners as required.

• Assess partners' performance and results while cultivating strong relationships with all partners.

• Assist partners through vertical integration, specifically by collaborating on the management of their social media channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a comparable position, ideally within the iGaming industry or a related sector.

• Established sales background.

• Comprehensive understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

• Strong leadership abilities with a talent for inspiring and motivating a team.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.

• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data and making informed, data-driven decisions.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and marketing tools.

• Knowledge of iGaming products, regulations, and industry developments.

• Capability to multitask, prioritize efficiently, and excel in a dynamic environment.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the knack for managing challenging situations.

• Proficiency in Hindi and English.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
