Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Guide, mentor, and inspire the affiliate network by establishing clear performance benchmarks and cultivating a positive workplace atmosphere.

• Educate team members, train affiliates, assess affiliate performance and outcomes, and offer coaching and feedback to maximize productivity and service excellence.

• Design and execute training initiatives to improve affiliates' understanding of our products, policies, and procedures.

• Identify and recruit new affiliates, thereby broadening the network of promoters.

• Provide assistance to VIP partners as necessary.

• Track the performance and results of partners while fostering strong relationships with all partners.

• Aid partners through vertical integration, including managing their social media channels in collaboration with them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a comparable role, ideally within the iGaming sector or a related field.

• Proven background in affiliate management or affiliate marketing.

• Comprehensive understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

• Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and energize a team.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, both in writing and verbally.

• Analytical mindset, with the capacity to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and marketing tools.

• Knowledge of iGaming products, regulations, and industry trends.

• Capability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the skill to manage challenging situations.

• Proficiency in Bulgarian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a significant advantage.
