Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the performance of affiliates, analyzing data, and generating reports on essential metrics such as traffic generated, conversion rates, and revenue;

• Offering guidance and support to affiliates by addressing their inquiries, providing recommendations, and resolving any challenges;

• Keeping abreast of the latest trends in the affiliate industry and suggesting innovative ideas and initiatives to enhance the company’s affiliate operations;

• Spotting growth opportunities and collaborating with key affiliates to optimize outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in affiliation, advertising, marketing, sales, or a related field;

• Hands-on knowledge of at least one major online traffic source: Meta, Google, or TikTok ads;

• Comprehensive understanding of affiliate marketing and customer acquisition strategies;

• Proficient in data analysis and skilled in utilizing tools for performance monitoring and analysis;

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities;

• Results-driven with a strong emphasis on maximizing affiliate revenue;

• Capability to manage complex projects independently;

• Awareness of trends and best practices in the affiliate industry;

• Familiarity with major affiliate networks and their platforms;

• Strong organizational skills along with meticulous attention to detail;

• Possession of a valid VAT number.
