Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify, engage, and onboard new affiliate partners in the DACH region, with a primary focus on Germany.

• Develop and nurture robust, long-term relationships with key affiliates within these markets.

• Negotiate agreements, establish KPIs, and ensure ongoing enhancements in partner performance.

• Investigate new market possibilities and create initiatives to enhance Hostinger's visibility and revenue throughout DACH.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize campaigns and promotional efforts tailored for each local market.

• Analyze campaign data, monitor trends, and recommend optimizations aimed at fostering growth.

• Utilize automation and AI tools in daily operations to boost efficiency and enhance partner engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.

• In-depth knowledge of the DACH digital and affiliate landscape, including familiarity with key local publishers, tech media, coupon websites, price-comparison platforms (e.g., Idealo, Geizhals), and digital communities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

• Proven track record in building and expanding affiliate network partnerships.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities, with cultural fluency in German-speaking markets.

• Data-driven approach with solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• General proficiency in utilizing AI and automation tools in everyday workflows.

• Fluent in both English and German.
