Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Identify, engage with, and onboard new affiliate partners, focusing initially on France and subsequently on Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and French-speaking Switzerland.

• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with key affiliates.

• Negotiate agreements, establish KPIs, and ensure ongoing enhancement of partner performance.

• Investigate new market prospects and formulate strategies to enhance Hostinger’s visibility and revenue.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize campaigns and promotional efforts.

• Track campaign metrics, analyze trends, and suggest optimizations aimed at growth.

• Utilize automation and AI tools in your daily responsibilities to boost efficiency and partner engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.

• Strong comprehension of the European digital and affiliate landscape, with knowledge of local affiliates including major news and technology websites, leading coupon sites, digital communities, etc.

• Demonstrated ability to establish and expand affiliate network partnerships.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

• Data-driven approach with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• General proficiency in employing AI and automation tools in daily tasks.

• Fluent in both English and French.
