Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Initiate, oversee, and expand campaigns across various brands and markets;

• Serve as the primary contact for affiliate partners: addressing inquiries, facilitating seamless launches, and nurturing long-term partnerships;

• Work collaboratively with different departments - including Product, Finance, Design, and CRM - to execute campaigns effectively;

• Analyze performance data thoroughly, adjust campaigns accordingly, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs);

• Remain informed about industry developments and competitor activities to keep us at the forefront.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of direct experience in affiliate marketing or campaign management (preferably within the iGaming sector);

• A keen understanding of digital marketing, traffic acquisition, and affiliate networks;

• Excellent communication capabilities - adept at building and maintaining trust;

• Proficient in data analysis with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies;

• Tech-savvy: familiar with tracking tools, postbacks, landing pages - you are fluent in the necessary jargon;

• Excels in cross-functional teams and embraces challenges with enthusiasm;

• A proactive self-starter with a focus on achieving results.
