This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

• Identify new affiliates and reactivate dormant partners;

• Implement marketing initiatives to enhance the affiliate program (including both online and offline events);

• Create promotional materials (banners, copy, screenshots);

• Analyze competitors’ campaigns and promotional efforts;

• Maintain consistent communication with affiliates and provide updates on products and programs;

• Track partner performance and activities (including transaction verification and fraud risk assessments);

• Ensure affiliates adhere to company policies and brand standards;

• Confirm accurate tracking and reporting;

• Launch new campaigns, promotions, and incentive offers;

• Address operational, financial, technical, and compliance challenges;

• Evaluate affiliate performance and work with analytics for reporting.

• Over 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field;

• Familiarity with LATAM local markets and SEO;

• Knowledge of the betting/gambling market;

• Strong analytical abilities and expertise in Excel/Sheets;

• Understanding of traffic sources, payment models (CPA/Revenue Share/Hybrid), and traffic KPI analysis techniques (ROI/ROMI/eCPA/ARPU);

• Basic knowledge of web analytics principles.
