📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners while reactivating dormant affiliates through targeted outreach efforts.

• Engage in affiliate marketing events, conferences, and meetups to enhance and broaden the partner network.

• Maintain consistent communication with affiliates, offering updates on program modifications, product features, and policies.

• Track affiliate traffic, transactions, and performance to detect anomalies, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance.

• Create marketing materials for affiliates, which include banners, promotional copy, screenshots, and landing pages.

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote the affiliate program and attract new partners.

• Design and implement affiliate incentive programs, seasonal campaigns, and bonus structures.

• Analyze the performance of affiliate campaigns, assess ROI, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming industry.

• Familiarity with web analytics fundamentals and key traffic performance metrics (ROI, ROMI, eCPA, ARPU).

• Knowledge of traffic sources and affiliate payment models (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid).

• Experience collaborating with Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners.

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

• English language proficiency at the B1–B2 level.

• A results-oriented mindset.
