Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and expand a creator affiliate program centered around TikTok.

• Take charge of acquiring creators, conducting outreach, onboarding, activating, and maintaining relationships with affiliates.

• Establish efficient workflows for outreach, onboarding, content briefing, reporting, and performance monitoring.

• Keep abreast of TikTok trends to transform insights into actionable briefs.

• Utilize AI tools for market research, audience segmentation, and process automation.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the affiliate strategy aligns with broader business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing.

• Solid grasp of performance marketing principles and key metrics.

• Practical experience utilizing TikTok as a marketing channel.

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

• Excellent project management and operational abilities.

• An AI-first approach to marketing.

• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or above.

• Experience with large-scale influencer and affiliate marketing strategies is advantageous.

• Familiarity with the U.S. market or the U.S.-based creator ecosystem is a plus.

• Background in growth marketing within product or D2C companies is a plus.
