This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new affiliate partners and oversee their journey through the launch and testing phases within a specified budget;
• Cultivate warm, trust-based relationships with partners and ensure consistent communication;
• Monitor and evaluate partner performance daily, focusing on traffic quality and key metrics;
• Collaborate with traffic acquisition sources, funnels, and buying models to assess partner effectiveness;
• Perform market and competitor analysis to discover new partnership opportunities;
• Keep accurate reports using Excel / Tableau;
• Participate in industry conferences to network with existing and potential partners;
• Transition high-performing partners to the scaling team with comprehensive handoff documentation.
• Intermediate English proficiency or above
• Over 6 months of experience in affiliate marketing
• Experience managing a significant number of partners concurrently
• Ability to analyze data and evaluate campaign performance
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience with Tableau is advantageous
• Understanding of primary traffic acquisition sources, funnels, and buying models
• Capability to conduct thorough research
• Experience in the iGaming/betting sector is a plus, but not mandatory
• Willingness to travel to conferences
• Excellent communication skills with a natural talent for connecting with others
• Analytical mindset paired with resilience under pressure and ability to work swiftly
