Affiliate EAP Counsellor – Network Partnership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional counseling services through Face-to-Face (in-person), Virtual (on-camera), and Telephonic methods.

• Implement evidence-based strategies specifically designed for workplace wellness and employee care timelines.

• Adhere to Lyra’s stringent 24-hour documentation compliance policy.

• Maintain thorough clinical notes that align with global quality standards and audit requirements.

• Ensure that all client interactions are formally authenticated through Lyra’s official notification system.

• Proactively identify high-risk cases, crises, or clinical "red flags."

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as an EAP service provider is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in EAP Services & Workplace Wellness.

• Proficiency in Stress Management & Occupational Burnout.

• Skills in addressing Relationship & Interpersonal Issues.

• Experience in Grief and Bereavement Counseling.

• Familiarity with Family/Play Therapy or other specialized creative interventions.

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of your Master’s degree.
