Affiliate Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage new affiliates such as KOLs, influencers, trading schools, and others.

• Develop and sustain robust partner relationships that align with business goals.

• Evaluate affiliate performance metrics to enhance partnerships and guide strategic decisions.

• Keep track of market trends and competitor actions to uphold a competitive advantage.

• Work alongside the product team to refine offerings and draw in high-quality users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Ukrainian (mandatory).

• Demonstrated experience in affiliate or business development roles within the crypto sector, ideally in the CIS region.

• Strong analytical abilities, communication skills, and negotiation expertise.

• Results-driven with a history of surpassing objectives.

• Comprehensive understanding of the dynamics and regulations of the CIS crypto market.
