Affiliate Business Development, CIS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Assist in expanding the affiliate network by reaching out to YouTubers, media outlets, influencers, and other potential partners.

• Support the negotiation, onboarding, and documentation processes for new affiliates.

• Help oversee key affiliate accounts by maintaining consistent communication and analyzing their performance metrics.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of promotional campaigns aimed at maximizing return on investment (ROI).

• Generate and maintain reports using internal data to enhance the performance of the affiliate channel.

• Keep an eye on competitor activities and aid in adjusting affiliate strategies as needed.

• Assist in fraud detection efforts by identifying potential scams or manipulations within the affiliate network.

• Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Basic knowledge or a strong interest in affiliate marketing and business development.

• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency sector is advantageous.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working with media, influencers, or key partners.

• Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.

• Fluency in English is essential for coordinating with international partners and stakeholders; additional languages would be beneficial.
