📋 Description

• This position is part of the growth department, focusing on user growth metrics.

• Tasked with identifying various growth opportunities within the exchange sector and broadening user growth promotion channels.

• Ensure robust channel cooperation support and processes, enhancing the growth dimension of channels; boost channel output, and address various issues that arise during the process.

• Complete the performance indicators assigned by the team in line with market conditions and company strategy.

• Actively engage in various industry events, remain attentive to user growth opportunities, and persistently seek out new collaboration resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Internet product growth or channel development; experience in blockchain, finance, or Internet product user growth is preferred.

• Proficient in understanding customer needs, consistently searching for growth solutions from the perspectives of user growth and channel operations.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for effective coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.

• Strong self-motivated attitude, a high sense of responsibility, excellent ability to perform under pressure, and robust cross-departmental coordination skills.
