This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist in expanding the affiliate network by reaching out to YouTubers, media outlets, influencers, and other prospective partners.

• Aid in the negotiation, onboarding, and documentation processes for new affiliates.

• Help manage key affiliate accounts through consistent communication and analysis of performance data.

• Contribute to the development and execution of promotional campaigns aimed at maximizing ROI.

• Create and maintain reports utilizing internal data to enhance affiliate channel performance.

• Monitor competitor activities and assist in refining affiliate strategies accordingly.

• Support fraud detection by identifying potential scams or manipulations within the affiliate network.

• Collaborate with internal departments to provide affiliates with the necessary assets and tools to attract users to Binance.

• Work alongside developers to improve in-house systems and interfaces, troubleshoot issues, and analyze existing data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of or a strong interest in affiliate marketing and business development.

• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency sector is a plus.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Comfortable engaging with media, influencers, or key partners.

• Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in English is required for coordination with international partners and stakeholders.

• Additional languages are considered an advantage.

• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

• Competence in using in-house tools; ability to quickly learn and collaborate with developers on systems and interfaces.
