This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the aerospace and defense sectors.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance market share within designated accounts.
• Strengthen existing relationships while creating a pipeline of new opportunities to support both new and ongoing programs.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and program teams.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and facility tours.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Maintain visibility of the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer programs to identify growth opportunities.
• Share insights and information with internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields.
• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B technical sales (preferred).
• Demonstrated success in business development and territory growth.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% of the time.
