AEM Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design and development of scalable solutions utilizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

• Function as an active contributor (coding, reviewing, troubleshooting), rather than merely overseeing

• Deliver technical guidance and mentorship to AEM development teams

• Oversee and direct AEM architecture decisions, including integrations and performance enhancement

• Collaborate with distributed and global teams

• Ensure adherence to best practices in AEM development, deployment, and governance

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as an AEM Technical Lead

• Demonstrated hands-on development skills with AEM (not solely in a managerial capacity)

• Experience in leading and mentoring AEM development teams

• Profound understanding of AEM architecture (Sling, OSGi, workflows, etc.)

• Experience collaborating within distributed and global teams
