AEM Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with software developers, architects, UX/UI visual designers, and product developers.

• Create, implement, and configure web content management solutions utilizing AEM (Adobe CQ) along with technologies such as Java, HTML/DHTML, XML, JavaScript, and web services.

• Identify, design, and develop highly interactive interfaces and content that engage users and enhance brand equity at every touchpoint in the user experience.

• Utilize Adobe Experience Manager (CQ5 and AEM6) as well as other content management systems.

• Work closely with backend developers to create solutions and facilitate seamless integrations.

• Set up and configure AEM Author and Publish instances, ensuring all code functions correctly in both environments.

• Deliver products and applications based on existing wireframes, designs, or specific client requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with web content management systems, specifically with one or more CMS packages, including Adobe CQ5 (AEM) version 5.3 or later.

• Practical experience with front-end frameworks.

• Proficiency in Node.js is essential.

• Familiarity with MVC frameworks (React preferred).

• Working knowledge of JCR, Apache Sling, Apache Felix, OSGi, REST, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, HTML, and CSS.

• Intermediate to advanced understanding of JavaScript principles and fundamentals.

• Experience with HTML, JSP, HTL, and other templating languages.

• In-depth knowledge of Git and proficiency with Git commands.

• Familiarity with Bootstrap 3.

• Experience with CSS preprocessors (LESS/SASS).

• Ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience in the development industry.
