AEM Cloud Platform Reliability Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver operational support for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service platforms

• Oversee platform health, system performance, application availability, and service reliability

• Diagnose and resolve production incidents and platform-related issues

• Administer and support CI/CD deployment pipelines

• Work collaboratively with application development teams to ensure platform stability and performance

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience maintaining the AEM platform

• Expertise in AEM as a Cloud Service environment

• Experience in incident resolution and root cause analysis

• Skills in platform monitoring and observability

• Familiarity with AEM architecture and cloud deployment strategies
