This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• This professional will be responsible for conducting case analysis and preparing legal documents, particularly defenses and/or appeals related to obligations to perform and pay, focusing on cases of non-compliance.

• The candidate should possess the following skills:

• Strong writing abilities and the capacity to review documents prepared by others, demonstrating critical thinking and legal discernment.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, particularly in understanding the nuances of delegating tasks and avoiding the improper transfer of responsibilities.

• A degree in Law and an active registration with the OAB.

• Excellent legal writing and argumentative skills.

• Familiarity with legal tools and resources.

• Proactive mindset and teamwork capabilities.

• Experience in a high-volume law firm.

• Strong organizational skills.
