📋 Description

• Participate in hearings

• Draft appeals and strategic documents

• Manage procedural volume

• Operate in courts and monitor procedural developments

• Negotiate settlements

• Lead judicial and administrative demands of medium to high complexity in Regulatory, Tax, Civil, and Labor Law

• Prepare administrative defenses before regulatory bodies, the Public Prosecutor's Office, and other oversight entities

• Strategically manage contentious processes

⛳️ Requirements

• University degree

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience

• Consistent experience in hearings

• Strong background in Regulatory, Tax, Civil, and Labor Law

• Experience in managing judicial and administrative demands of medium to high complexity

• Expertise in preparing administrative defenses before regulatory bodies, the Public Prosecutor's Office, and other oversight entities

• Experience in the strategic management of contentious processes
