This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Development of legal documents of low, medium, and high complexity;

• Management of deadlines and hearings;

• Inputting data into legal systems;

• Creation of reports and process analyses for risk classification and provisioning;

• Involvement in mediation;

• Participation in hearings, as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 🎯 Bachelor’s degree in Law and an active OAB registration;

• ✅ Proficiency in civil procedure and consumer rights;

• ✅ Experience in updating the internal process management system;

• ✅ Ability to conduct process analysis for technical opinions;

• Basic level of computer skills;
