Advisory Support, Internal Capability Building – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create a robust evaluation framework for external learning providers.

• Evaluate selected providers and explore additional options based in India and internationally.

• Develop a comparison matrix, compile a shortlist of assessments, and provide recommendations along with rationales and trade-offs.

• Suggest the blended delivery model, cohort sizes, scheduling strategies, and quarterly frameworks.

• Organize provider discussions and demonstrations, validate recommendations with stakeholders, and assist in the selection process.

• Aid in scoping with the chosen partner and define the responsibilities of PI and the partner.

• Lead the comprehensive cross-cultural sensitization delivery for the PI team.

• Adapt content to fit PI's network structure, entity diversity, and cross-cultural team dynamics.

• Manage cohorting, scheduling, communications, leadership alignment, completion tracking, and follow-up processes.

• Create rollout plans, calendars, participant communications, completion and feedback data, and post-rollout reports.

• Design the quarterly onboarding process for new hires, including enrollment triggers, cohort limits, ownership, tracking, escalation, and budgeting.

• Map recurring onboarding programs and transfer documentation, templates, trackers, and partner-facing routines.


⛳️ Requirements

• Located in India, with availability for late IST calls.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing capability-building or learning and development programs for globally distributed teams.

• Familiarity with blended delivery methods and the evaluation, selection, and management of external learning providers.

• Strong written communication skills that facilitate decision-making by senior stakeholders.

• Capable of working independently in a streamlined organization.

• Knowledge of inclusion, DEI, or cross-cultural content is preferred.

• Experience in the nonprofit or international development sector is advantageous.

• Familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus.

• Availability for calls typically from 7:00 to 10:00 PM IST.

• Willingness to sign PI's standard confidentiality agreement prior to commencement.
