Advisory Marketing Leader, Ukraine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Pipeline Accountability: Assume complete responsibility for the development, monitoring, and speed of the enterprise-level sales pipeline (from MQL to SQL to Pipeline Value).

• Team Leadership: Serve as the primary leader for the internal marketing team, setting KPIs, removing obstacles, and overseeing daily operations.

• Enterprise Demand Generation Strategy: Create, implement, and enhance multi-channel demand generation campaigns specifically designed for high-ACV (Annual Contract Value) enterprise clients.

• Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and leadership teams to improve the go-to-market (GTM) engine, refine our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, and support key sales initiatives.

• Metrics Reporting: Provide straightforward, data-driven metrics to executive leadership with a strong emphasis on pipeline ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and conversion rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven Experience in B2B SaaS Scaling: A successful background as an early marketing leader or significant growth contributor in a rapidly expanding B2B SaaS organization, with a tenure long enough to observe the cumulative effects of your strategies.

• Expertise in Enterprise Pipeline Development: Demonstrable experience in generating pipelines for enterprise-level clients ($100k+ ACV), with knowledge of how to navigate complex buying committees.

• The "Doer" Mindset: Highly tactical in approach. While you grasp the overarching strategy, you are prepared to get hands-on, writing copy, developing campaigns, analyzing data, and executing directly. Proficient in the Modern GTM Stack: Extensive, practical experience with marketing automation, CRM integration (Salesforce), ABM orchestration platforms, and intent data tools.
