This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Pipeline Ownership: Assume complete responsibility for the development, monitoring, and speed of the enterprise-level sales pipeline (MQL to SQL to Pipeline Value).
• Team Management: Serve as the direct leader of the internal marketing team, setting KPIs, removing obstacles, and overseeing daily operations.
• Enterprise Demand Gen Strategy: Create, implement, and enhance multi-channel demand generation campaigns specifically designed for high-ACV (Annual Contract Value) enterprise accounts.
• Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales and leadership to enhance the GTM engine, refine our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, and assist in strategic selling efforts.
• Reporting: Provide clear, concise metrics to executive leadership, emphasizing pipeline ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and conversion rates.
• Proven B2B SaaS Scaling Experience: A successful background as an early marketing leader or vital growth contributor in a rapidly expanding B2B SaaS organization, with a track record of witnessing the cumulative effects of your strategies.
• Expertise in Enterprise Pipeline Generation: Demonstrated experience in building pipelines for enterprise-level buyers ($100k+ ACV). You know how to penetrate complex buying committees effectively.
• The "Doer" DNA: You are highly tactical. While you grasp the overarching vision, you are eager to engage directly—writing copy, developing campaigns, analyzing data, and executing tasks. Command of the Modern GTM Stack: Extensive hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM integration (Salesforce), ABM orchestration platforms, and intent data tools.
