This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional inbound and outbound customer service through phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely, courteous, and solution-focused assistance;

• Create quotes for laboratory tests and vaccines, supplying clear and precise information;

• Enroll and update patient records in the system, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the data;

• Organize home sample collection services and assist clients throughout the process;

• Offer insights on tests, preparation guidelines, turnaround times for results, and service locations;

• Forward requests to the appropriate departments and monitor the service flow as necessary;

• Enhance the quality of the customer experience by adhering to the institution's service protocols and standards;

• Background in clinical analysis laboratories, medical clinics, or other healthcare settings;

• Proficient in providing customer service via WhatsApp, chat, and phone;

• Familiarity with the Shift system;

• Understanding of medical insurance agreements, authorizations, and associated service procedures;
