This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Implement the regional marketing strategy for UK&I in accordance with pipeline targets and territory priorities.
• Propel UK market development initiatives, modifying strategies and campaigns based on market maturity, competitive landscape, and emerging growth possibilities.
• Enhance brand visibility, market penetration, and customer engagement throughout the region.
• Contribute strategic insights into regional business planning and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing programs aimed at driving pipeline creation, acceleration, and measurable revenue impact.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and their teams to support territory initiatives and strategic account objectives.
• Ensure effective implementation of field marketing initiatives, executive engagements, regional events, and campaigns.
• Oversee program performance from start to finish, including KPI tracking, reporting, and ROI optimization.
• Set clear KPIs and performance metrics for regional initiatives.
• Assess campaign effectiveness, pipeline influence, and marketing's contribution to revenue.
• Analyze competitive actions and market trends to continuously enhance strategy.
• Provide regular executive-level updates on regional marketing performance.
• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or similar sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multi-tactical regional marketing programs.
• Proven success in aligning marketing strategies with sales execution and revenue results.
• Strong understanding of marketing's role in generating pipeline that converts into revenue.
• Experience working in partner-led or indirect go-to-market settings.
• Proven capability to amplify marketing impact in growth or emerging markets.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring pipeline and revenue contributions.
• Familiarity with CRM, event management tools, and marketing reporting platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zuddl, Tableau).
• Fluent in English is mandatory.
