This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create engaging, high-quality content that enhances Venture for Canada's brand, programs, partnerships, and thought leadership efforts.
• Produce content in various formats, including: Thought leadership articles, Social media posts, Website copy, Email campaigns and newsletters, Presentations and executive summaries, Marketing collateral and campaign materials.
• Convert research, market trends, and audience insights into captivating content that educates, informs, and motivates action.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to distill complex topics into clear, audience-centric communications.
• Conduct research on competitors, programs, events, policies, and initiatives pertinent to Venture for Canada.
• Stay updated on trends in entrepreneurship, workforce development, AI, youth employment, and related sectors.
• Perform audience research to gain insights into motivations, behaviors, barriers, and engagement opportunities.
• Assist in positioning, messaging, campaign development, and market entry planning through research and market insights.
• Transform research and insights into actionable marketing strategies and campaign suggestions.
• Aid in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, social platforms, email, websites, events, and partnerships.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance across various channels including Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Meta, email marketing tools, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies.
• Evaluate campaign performance, audience engagement, conversion rates, and user behavior.
• Assess marketing initiatives against organizational goals and recommend optimizations.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical marketing experience.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content creation abilities.
• Strong research capabilities and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven experience in developing integrated marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in analyzing marketing performance and utilizing data to enhance campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using AI tools to expedite research, content creation, and marketing workflows.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Workspace, WordPress, Slack, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and other marketing technologies.
• Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English; proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
