This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and execute the enterprise marketing analytics strategy and roadmap to enhance investment performance across paid, owned, and earned media.
• Create scalable frameworks for evaluating campaigns, attribution, learning agendas, and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with Finance and Brand teams to develop ROI models that directly connect marketing results to business outcomes — including pipeline, revenue, and retention.
• Manage the performance reporting infrastructure, including dashboards, executive scorecards, and KPI frameworks across all marketing divisions.
• Improve digital infrastructure and integrations to consolidate data within the Martech ecosystem — encompassing Salesforce, Snowflake, 6sense, Adobe, and new AI platforms.
• Lead the AI & Insights initiative in collaboration with the team, facilitating intelligent workflow automation and advanced marketing capabilities.
• Supervise the Lead Flow & Systems initiative — managing comprehensive lead flow, sleep flow, renewal processes, and system integrations alongside Customer Success.
• Develop and sustain a lead scoring model that enhances pipeline prioritization and decision-making for uploads.
• Promote an AI-driven, test-and-learn culture throughout the marketing organization — fostering agility, accountability, and innovation.
• Aid in the creation and expansion of agentic marketing workflows, including campaign optimization, intent scoring, and automated reporting.
• Discover and pilot innovative AI and automation technologies that expedite growth and minimize manual workload.
• Over 10 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or revenue operations — preferably within a B2B enterprise software or SaaS setting.
• Proven track record of establishing and scaling analytics and operations functions from scratch.
• Previous experience engaging directly with C-suite executives (CMO, CFO, CRO) and translating data into narratives suitable for an executive audience.
• Familiarity with managing or closely collaborating with Martech teams across platforms like Salesforce, Snowflake, 6sense, and Adobe.
